MĀLAMA THE MIND, BODY, AND SOUL
NUTRITION MADE SIMPLE
Holistic Nutrition is a whole-body, natural approach to healing. It assesses the complex interplay between the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and environmental aspects of a person's life.
Holistic Nutrition is always based on a person's individual needs and uses natural and scientific methods to work towards optimal health. Integration of whole foods, supplementation, and lifestyle changes are central, but factors like career, stress level, sleep quality, exercise, and overall health will shape one's nutrition plan.

The Mālama Health and Wellness Approach
My mission is to educate my clients to feel confident with food and nutrition so they can make their own choices based on how their body feels. I will help you read food labels, understand what foods work with your body, and learn how to create a healthy meal plan. You will discover how your thoughts, actions, and emotions affect the way you eat and digest your food.
Restore Your Gut Health
There's a reason your gut is called your "second brain" it influences your stress, immune system, mindset, metabolism and so much more.
An unbalanced gut is frustrating. It often starts when we are children and gets worse as we get older eventually turning into chronic disease.
Symptoms of an unbalanced gut are:
skin trouble, bloating, abdominal discomfort, indigestion, irregular bowel movements, mood swings, anxiety, frequent gas, and pain after eating.
The truth is that majority of people in the world live with a digestive problem that isn’t visible: low stomach acid.
This means that you’re not able to breakdown proteins properly. These proteins are rotting in your intestinal tract, creating a situation that will eventually display symptoms such as bloating or discomfort in the upper and even lower GI.
